A rare late Charles II provincial silver trefid spoon, by Nathaniel Bullen, Chester, circa 1680, the terminal engraved with the initials R.D., maker's mark stamped twice and head of a bull? stamped twice, 18.7cm, 50 grams.

Condition:
There is a linear decoration on the front of the spoon which is very worn. Bowl rim is a little worn to one side and has a couple of small dents. Minor surface scratches in general and the back of the bowl has some deeper scratches?? Small patch of a brown rust like coloured residue on edge of the handle at 10 o'clock to the the engraved initial R??
