A rare René Lalique 'Victoire' car mascot, introduced 1928, Marcilhac no.1147, p.502, in frosted and clear glass, moulded mark 'R.LALIQUE FRANCE', original chrome plated mount, feint amethyst tint to the glass, height incl. mount 16.3cm length approx. 25.5cm

There a some large chips around the base of the mascot to each side - please see photos. The chrome mount will not remove but will turn slightly. There is a shallow splinter chip to the tip of the hair with s ome smaller nibbles next door, There two bubble inclusions near the surface of the glass on the underside of the hair - see photos.
