A pair of late George IV silver shaped circular dinner plates by Paul Storr,
decorated with gadrooned and leaf borders and engraved with family crest, bases engraved Storr & Mortimer, one numbered 200, London, 1829, diameter 28.1cm, 52oz.

Condition:
Numerous surface scratches to the interior centre of both plates, commensurate with age and frequent use. Similar scratches to the bases. Hallmarks on one very rubbed but just about visible, the other more clear but still quite rubbed, although maker's mark very clear. Wooden base is good fit.
