A pair of fine Japanese cloisonné enamel vases, by Inaba Nanaho Studio, Kyoto, Meiji Period, each worked in fine silver wire with trailing wisteria on a midnight blue ground, with silver rims and applied silver tablet engraved ‘Kinunken zo’, 15.3 cm high

Condition:
Some slight oxidisation to the rims, some scratching to the base consistent with age and use. The enamel and wire in good condition. Both inspected under UV light and no restoration detected. Some green tarnish on enamel which removes. Minute pitting to enamels consistent with manufacture. Private consignment inherited from parents.
