A pair of Sevres style porcelain and ormolu mounted table lamps, late 19th century, each painted with Cupid with a lady in a garden within jewelled borders on a bleu celeste ground, mounted with a pair of griffin shaped handles, with a central stem with four candle branches, flame finials, total height 60cm

Both lamps gilding is worn in places especially to the reverse of one of them there is very little left, the gilt borders with enamel jewelling, the jewelling is lacking in many case, the ormolu is good if a little dirty and the sconces have been drilled for electricity, the lamp shades are old and discoloured and need to be replaced.
