A pair of George III Irish silver two handled rectangular vegetable tureens and covers by James Le Bas, with shell and gadrooned borders and engraved armorial, on four paw feet, Dublin, 1812, 22cm over handles, 63.5 oz.

Numbered 1 and 2 with corresponding lids. Minor surface scratches in general to both. There is some minor wear visible around the top rims of both bases and therer appears to be a tiny split to one handle where it joins the main body. All hallmarks clear but with some minor rubbing in places.
