Hester Bateman tongs maker's mark, duty mark and lion en passant only.
Both pairs have engraved initials to the top of the tongs. There is some minor wear to the engraved decoration in places on both pairs, commensurate with age and use. The Hester Bateman maker's mark is partially rubbed.
