A pair of George I silver small mugs, by Thomas Morse, of tapering cylindrical form, with S scroll handle and engraved with family crest depicting five shells in linear formation, London, 1723, height 9cm, 12.7oz.

Condition:
One mug has tiny split to the top rim and several small but visible dents around the main body and three scratches. The base of the handle has been pushed into the body slightly. The other mug has a tiny split to the top rim also and a few dents to the foot rim. Hallmarks clear on both but with some mild rubbing.
