These look to be 19th century French probably Napoleon III chairs but it is hard to tell due to the considerable amount of restoration, the leather is old but has been reconditioned and recoloured, there is some old crackings in the seats and a few fresher ones that might need a little hide food, the legs are all recently re-ebonised but both are ready to be used and do not really require any further attention other than perhaps the hide food.
