A pair of Chinese painted pottery ‘Birds & Blossoms’ tiles, Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), decorated in high relief featuring a bird sitting on a branch surrounded by blossoms and buds, "cold painted" in various brightly-coloured pigments, good traces of which still remain, total length of the tiles when placed together is 63.5cm, 16.5cm high
