A pair of Chinese hongmu rectangular two tier tables, late 19th century, with lingzhi fungus carved friezes, H.79cm

Both tables a little wobbly being slightly loose at the joints, there have been separations of the timber showing uneven gaps around the central rectangular panels to the tops, one table has three small sections missing to three of the corners and lacks the scroll carved frieze to one side of the understage, the other is complete, should restore to good effect.
