A pair of Chinese giltwood panels with later bevelled mirror frames, the 19th century Chinese giltwood panels intricately carved in high relief and openwork with figures amid pavilions and trees, within later gilt and bevelled mirror panelled frames, 150.5 x 75cm

The carved panels are in good condition. There is flaking to the gilding and damp staining to to the top of both frames. Otherwise good condition. Purchased in Hong kong in 1988.
