A pair of Chinese famille rose square narcissus pots, 19th century, each painted with four bats, the sides with lingzhi fungus, fruits and flowers, applied with a pair of animal mask handles, on four shaped bracket feet, total width 22cm height 9cm, rosewood stands

One of the narcissus pots has a shallow chip on the inside of the rim with an associated firing crack under the rim in the same area, both of the narcissus pots have remnants of old pink paint on the interior which does come off, they both haver wear to the gilding around the rims and slight wear to the enamelling on the handles, otherwise there is no restorations and the wood stands have been later ebonised on the top and have some old age cracks and very slight chip losses around the edges, otherwise in reasonable condition with no chips cracks or restoration.
