One lid with good gilding but a fine radial crack running all the way around at the base of the raised upper rim, this is hard spot but we can certainly hear and it does feel like it has gone at least half way round the top, the liner is good but heavily rubbed to the gilding, the base is good but rubbed to the extremities and with discolouration to the inside and underside of the base, the pair to it has restoration to the handle which has discoloured to a bronzeish tone, less wear to the liner but cracks to the base of it, and old rivetted restorations to one handle, no marks to any of the pieces, an old paper label attached inscribed Paris Late C18, the other pail in good condition but for some very light wear to the gilding, the underside decorated with a pseudo blue Sevres mark.
