A pair of 19th century French ormolu mounted Sevres style porcelain urns, with jewelled decoration, painted with scenes of noblemen playing cards and a couple with attendant hairdresser, height 10.75in.

Urn with card players with some rubbing to gilding, loss of some of the white jewels around the top, ormolu in good state, slightly rubbed at the extremities, left foot loose, other urn with less rubbing but still some to the gilding, jewelling intact, tiny stress crack in the main stem, light rubbing to the ormolu at the extremities.
