A pair of 19th century French bisque groups, depicting the seasons, Summer and Winter, each modelled with a classical woman standing beside a cherub, one holding a flaming torch to warm her hands, the other a basket of flowers, now mounted as lamps with white marble plinths, 40cm high

Condition:
Both rather dusty and dirty, lamp fittings certainly need re-wiring. Winter with old repairs and damages to cupid's left hand and both of hers, firing cracks running through her feet, Summer with damage to her right hand and left toes, signs of old restoration around the base where it sits near the lamp mount.
