A mid 1920s autograph album containing signatures from the world of classical music, collected by Joan Wynn Reeves, daughter of the violinist and conductor Herbert Wynn Reeves, including a hand written letter from Sir Edward Elgar to Herbert Wynn Reeves dated March 14th, 1929 (the letter has been pasted into the album), autographs directly onto the leaves of the album include; Siegfried Wagner, Richard Strauss, a signed photograph of Thomas Beecham, Lydia Sokolova, and a number of other contemporary names from the world of opera and classical music, together with cricket stars of the 1920s including; Jack Hobbs (twice), the Yorkshire cricket team, members of the Gloucestershire and Middlesex cricket teams, etc.
