A mid-18th century Irish carved walnut folding top card table, with scallop and scroll carved apron and acanthus carved legs on stylised lion's paw feet, W.2ft 9in. D.1ft 4in. H.2ft 5in.

Made of very heavy old Cuban mahogany, the top has a light brown to reddish tone, is a little faded and shows old marks, stains and scuffs commensurate with use, the underframe is more of a mid to chocolate brown tone, carving is a little shallow and may well be later, otherwise good.
