A matched set of four George III silver candlesticks, with knopped waisted stems, on square bases, two engraved with monogram and two engraved with crest, two sconces marked for William Stroud, London, 1795, two other sconces with maker's mark for William Cafe, height 26cm, weighted?

Condition:
All four bases have been re-felted. No visible hallmarks to the base sides so assuming they are underneath the felt?? Visible nicks, scratches and some wear to all four sticks. The top of one stick has a large dent and a split to the rim. One other has a small dent to the top rim. Some lion marks are rubbed or tired. Monogram possibly WBC?
