Lot 61 , A mahogany tantalus set

A mahogany tantalus set

A mahogany tantalus set
Estimate £120-160

A few light surface scratches to the outer case, a thin split running across the front of the top of the lid, and very slight fading to the right hand side. Key works the lock. Internal fittings complete and in good order but for a little light oxidisation to the plating. Glasses are signed 'Waterford' and in good order with matching cutting. The decanters however do not match - these are of inferior quality glass - non-matching in the cutting with some chipping around the stoppers. The labels are modern silver labels. The decanters are a good fit, however.
