A late Victorian engraved silver card/stamp case, Birmingham, 1890, maker' mark rubbed, 10.2cm, with leather interior,

The leather interior has a small split in 2 places and also a bit grubby. There is a small ding to one corner by the hinge and the other corner by the hinge has some dings and surface abrasions which seem to have broken the surface slightly. The other corners also have a few minor dings. There are numerous minor surface nicks and scratches around the edges and some faint scratches to front and back panels. Engraved decoration stil quite crisp. Hallmarks clear but with some rubbing to the maker's mark. No inscriptions.
