One of the leads does not propel (black ring), so, in need of attention. Engraved on barrel 'From ER Aug 7'. There are surface abrasions to all three enamelled rings. Some tarnishing and surface scratches to the barrel in general.
The other pen is reversable. There is a pen section at the other end of the pencil section. Unable to propel the lead from the latter?? So, in need of attention.

Later red lead in the red ring pencil. No lead in the blue ring pencil. Black ring pencil does not propel.
