A late 19th/early 20th century Russian 56 zolotnik gold mounted silver, red guilloche enamel, diamond and split pearl set cane handle, by Henrik Wigstrom (work master for Faberge), 43mm.

The enamel is bruised/damaged in three places. Two quite prominent around the shoulder and one small to the base rim. No paperwork. No Faberge mark just maker's mark for Henrik Wigstrom.
