A late 19th century German bronze mystery timepiece, the female nude with raised arm, signed 'S.Schwatenberg' to base, the single train Junghans spring barrel movement housed in the carrying pendulum case with enamel Arabic dial, height 11.75in.

The base appears to a replacement and the varnish finish is a little chipped and scratched, the bronze figure is in good order with just some light wear to the extremities, the body of the clock is a little tarnished in places but most of the gilding has been retained, the base of the pendulum has a small dent in it, dial has a very minor hairline crack running form 5 to the centre and then 12 to the centre, it currently functions briefly but will require a service.
