Condition:
Overall in honest condition with two of the spigots to the wheel around the dial are missing, chain on the drums behind it is loose, both of the central rings move as does the ratchet mechanism, looks like at some point there was some mechanical functionality, barometer dial later inscribed Made in France at the bottom, iron anchor oxidised with the thermometer dial also rubbed, compass set to the small capstan wheel working, minor discoluration and pitting to the plinth.
