Estimate £400-600

This is a marriage between an antique Italian cassone and some late Victorian/Edwardian oak.
The top is later oak down to the lunette feize.
The walnut cassone body has been cut to allow the central fall-front (which has been lined with oak) and three central internal drawers have been fitted.
The base is later oak - dragons down to the base plinth. Overall condition is good but for the lock which has had the key broken off inside. One can open it by lifting the top but this will require proper rectification. Minor dents and knocks throughout, colour good.
