Front left leg has been broken off and restuck at some point, there is an old and probably original loaded lead base to the piece, otherwise rather dirty and dusty in all the crevices, one small chip to the inside from edge of the lid which is not visible when closed, comes with two old glass wells that may possibly be the originals.
