A late 18th century base metal keywind verge pocket watch made for the Turkish market by Benjamin Barber, the signed movement with pierced scroll cock engraved with an urn and numbered 4452, together with two associated outer cases, tortoiseshell and leather in the form of a clam shell.

Shell shaped outer case in generally good order however there is some damage to th einterior lining. The tortoiseshell outer case is not original to the pocket watch (ill-fitting). The tortoiseshell is cracked and chipped to the front ring and the back is chipped in three places and there are two brass studs missing.
Pocket watch- Glass is missing. hinge is broken for the top cover. The dial has three hairline cracks. The pendant is bent. The hinge pin holding the movement in situ is missing. The movement is not currently ticking. We cannot guarantee any of the watches to be in working order. Overall condition to surmise, is poor.
