A large pair of 20th century Chinese crackle glaze vases, of tapering baluster form, with pink grounds centred with blue and white borders populated with shishi, foliage and scrolls, 41.5cm high (2).

One vase repaired chip at neck rim, repaired in two triangular sections, approx. 50 x 15mm total; From this repair can be seen further cracks downward, clearly visible within although not so visible at exterior. This crack extends halfway down the vases body, clearly visible; further crack downward from neckrim at opposite side of neckrim, approx. 12cm.
