A large oval early 20th century embroidery of three children in a landscape. Worked in mostly stem stitch with knotting embroidery on the trees. The embroidery framed in Verre Eglomise glass and a wide wooden gilt frame with a large decorative ribboned bow above.
76cm high x 55cm wide, including glass and outer frame. Condition - the silk has dropped and crinkled but could be re stretched, but is undamaged. Some bobbles on the frame are damaged and need regilding, one is missing.
