A large Martin Brothers stoneware ovoid vase, c.1909, incised and modelled with six grotesque dragons in pale buff grey and green glazes, on a mottled blue ground, incised mark to base, 'Martin Bros. London & Southall' and dated 1909, 41cm, heavily damaged

Vase has been broken and messily restored, been broken into a number of section with filler repair to a number of losses between the joins in the breaks with an overpainted white plaster like filler, the interior of the vase is covered in a cement like substance so none of the cracks are visible.
