A large Japanese silver wire cloisonné enamel circular plaque, Meiji period, decorated with the figure of Kwannon standing on the back of a dragon, four inscription character to the left with the symbol of a tripod censer incorporating two characters, possibly for Ota Toshiro, 48.3cm diameter

Condition:
Some pitting to the enamel in places, a little bit of damage and splintering upper left edge from the 10 o’clock position to the 1 o’clock position and some later screw fixings left and right with some slight splintering around the area. The enamel is a little undulating across the whole piece but there’s no evidence of cracks towards the centre
