A large Chinese copper alloy hand warmer, 17th / 18th century, the front engraved and chased with medallions and interlocking wan motifs, the removable cover with lattice piercing, engraved four character mark to the base, width 27cm

Some slight denting to the body on the two corners at the back of the vessel, wear and light scratching to areas such as the insides of the handles and the shoulder area where the handles touch the body, consistent with age and use, otherwise in reasonable condition with no restoration, cracks or repairs noted.
