A large Chinese Longquan celadon 'eight trigrams' tripod censer, Ming dynasty (1368-1644), of compressed globular form, the interior with central unglazed cinnamon burnt clay medallion moulded with flowers, the rim with florettes above the eight trigrams, on three animal mask scrolled feet, the base with protruding unglazed burnt orange disc, diameter 32cm
