A group of Derby yellow ground tea and coffee wares and a chamberstick, c.1790-1800,
the sucrier and cover, 13.5 cm high, teapot stand, milk jug, nine cups and four saucers are fluted, the chamberstick with ‘biting snake’ handle, patch marks, 9.5cm high, most items bear puce marks

Condition:
All of the items have slight wear to the gilding and yellow enamel, some more than others. The chamberstick has a few minor chips around the edge of the foot. The cylindrical pots and cover enamelled with corn flowers has a crack to the edge of the cover. The 510 pattern milk jug has restoration around the upper half, the 411 pattern fluted teacup is cracked and crazed. The 488 pattern fluted coffee cup has a hairline crack by the handle and the matching saucer has a chip to the foot, the 488 pattern Circular saucer is crazed and is cracked. The 411 pattern coffee cup has a restored handle and a huge crack running the whole length and the 516 pattern saucer has a chip to the foot otherwise in reasonable condition.
