A good ornate pair of late 19th/early 20th century German pierced 800 standard white metal comports by Posen, of oval form, with wavy borders and stems with swags and cherub surmounts, on oval bases, with ring handled gilt metal liners, height 27.8cm, gross 128.5oz.

One basket section seems slightly off centre compared to it's base, otherwise both comports are in good condition, commensurate with age.
Gilt metal liners have a few minor scratches to their bases.
