A split to the timber on the left, 13.5cm long. Several scratches, dents, possible pencil indentations. Brass vine missing from 3 of the 4 edges on top lots of brass missing also on the front. Brass strip peeling away from bottom left corner. The drawer is locked and neither of the 2 keys open it. Some of the missing brass is inside the slope. Divider inside is loose. Trellis pattern fabric is broken in 2 places and is stained with ink. Several other ink stains around interior and scratches and dents. Slope is not attached and there is dried glue deposits. No locking pin and locking plate is missing from lid. Felt is fraying and ripped slightly in corners.
