Andrew Rudebeck collection. Andrew Redebeck is best known as a collector and academic for medieval stained glass but also bought Roman to 18th century glass from auction and specialist dealers. The pitcher was purchased from Gawain McKinley over 20 years ago.
Condition - short crack to shoulder but the ewer is completely intact, flaking iridescence.
