This figure has been tested by Oxford Authentications, in 2007, the ONLY testers of ancient pottery accepted by ALL major dealers, auction rooms and museums worldwide, and we show the Thermoluminescence Analysis Report test certificate that will accompany this figure that confirms the date of manufacture as "between 900 and 1500 years". For reference: various similar examples (some with serious repairs) are described and illustrated in the book "Exotic Flavor of the Foreigners on the Silk Road, Terracotta Hu Man of the Tang Dynasty" (Wenwu, 2008).
