Condition:
In good, original condition - emeralds of good, well-saturated colour with good clarity, with typical inclusions, some surface-reaching fissures, minor surface wear. Drill hole on emerald drop appears intact and stable as far as setting allows for inspection. Diamonds bright and lively, estimated total diamond weight approximately 2.40 carats. Beautifully made and in good condition, one part of gallery on hooked element bent, but this looks inentional rather than damaged. Likewise some small areas of black marks to reverse, but likely part of original manufacture rather than damage. Stopper stays on and is in good, wearable order, but the fittings can weaken over time and can of course be pushed off or fall off if not attached properly - when worn it is best to give a slightly generous amount of space to the stopper along the pin when threaded through the fabric so it doesn't strain against the material and come off. Overall a lovely and extremely stylish piece in good condition, gross weight 13 grams.
