Some of the pearls have a blistered surface. Diamonds are rose cut. Sapphire facet edges a little worn. Green verdigris visible on setting edges. Some are slightly baroque in shap, largest approx. 7.6mm, smallest approx. 3.3mm. Sapphire measures 4.1mm by 3.3mm. Rose cut diamonds are very approx. 0.08ct each.

Two largest pearls: approximately 6 and 7mm.
