A diamond parure, late 19th century and later, comprising: a necklace, composed of three bow motifs suspending knife wire pendants, each set with circular- and rose-cut diamonds, to links of foliate design set with rose-cut diamonds, mounted in silver and gold, on a later back chain, length 47cm, two bow motifs detaching to be worn as brooches; a later pair of earrings of similar design, each 1.7 x 2.4cm, post fittings; and a brooch designed as a wild rose, suspending three knife wire pendants, set with circular- and rose-cut diamonds, mounted in silver and gold, length 4cm, detachable brooch fittings, all in a fitted presentation case

Condition:
A lovely and versatile diamond parure in good condition, incorporating Victorian elements with modern elements and alterations. The rose brooch can be worn in the centre of the necklace, interchangeable with the bow (illustrated with the bow in the catalogue), and both can be worn with or without the two detachable bow links. There are no assay marks to the metal but the piece is mounted in the traditional combination of silver on gold. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 8.00 carats (approximate, estimated totals: 2.90 carats (rose brooch), 0.70 carats (necklace), 0.40 carats (earrings), 2.00 carats (detachable bow links), 2.00 carats (central bow motif)). All in good condition, diamonds bright and lively, largest individual diamond approximately 0.30 carats.
