Tortoiseshell feather fan: feathers a little tired. Damage to top edge of opening. General wear to lacquer lid and corners of box. Ivory fan guards in good condition. Silk has foxing. Embroidery good.

Ivory and silk fan: Chiffon backing marked and stained. Glue stains on silk and chiffon near guards.
Some wear and stains to guards. Cream leather gloves generally in poor condition.
