A Worcester scale blue two handled basket, c.1775, 28cm wide, and a similar bowl

Condition:
Two-handled basket handles good but four of the twelve leaves at the handle-joints chipped; one pink rosette alongside de-faced; otherwise good including enamels and gilding. Other (lobed) dish considerable wear to enamels and gilding at centre; surface scratches throughout; wear to gilding around rim; minor chips to underside of footrim. Neither repaired or restored.
