A William III silver porringer by John Cory, with engraved decoration and ropetwist girdle and handles, crested, London, 1697, 73 grams, 67mm.

There are four splits to the silver within the decoration around the girdle. There are several small dings/dents around the main body, mainly visible below the girdle and within the crested cartouche. There appears to be an old repair to the area close to where the top of one of the handles joins the main body. There is a dent to the fluted decoration near the base. There are a few knocks/dings around the foot rim along with signs of some wear. Two engraved initials to underside of the base. Hallmarks clear.
