One end with 15 buttons (one replaced); the other end should have 20 buttons - one missing; impressed WHEATSTONE 33110. Unclear oval label attached, a larger (legible) oval label is repeated inside the cover of the leather case - bellows with minor wear to some corners on one side. Does make musical sounds. Case with general wear and scuffs.
