Relatively recently presented in display case therefore we have not been able to access the five medals, the Territorial medal is held in its original case, comes with Notice for Gallantry in Action dated 1st Oct 42 and signed by General Alexander, leather case for MBE and five miniatures, together with original note regarding mention in Dispatches, details of service where personal number is 115777 and details of the award of the MBE for Service in a field dressing station and work in a surgical centre.
