A Victorian rosewood Tunbridgeware writing slope, the lid decorated with a ruin of Muckross Abbey within floral tesserae borders, the hinged lid opening to reveal a fitted interior, including a pair of glass ink bottles with circular Tunbridgeware lids, 14in.

Few minor shrinkage cracks to either side of main front panel along floral tesserae border, other minor losses around the banded edge, noticeable top right corner, minor areas of replacement veneers and other scuffs and marks . Strip of veneer liftng along the front panel to right side, needs gluing down. Minor losses at base and minor scratches. Interior has 2 ink bottles, each with tunbridgewear lids, both in average condition. Overall average.
