The hinges have broken away with some losses to the papier mache in the area, the decoration to the cover is heavily worn, the interior contains four fitted boxes containing playing cards, two of the boxes have a section of the lid broken off and with old glue around the area there. The four sets of playing cards we cannot say if these are complete as we have many other condition reports to do. The playing cards are by Delarue and Reynolds
