A Victorian ormolu mounted walnut credenza of D shaped breakfront form applied with Sevres style plaques depicting Louis XVIII and floral sprays, with central panelled door flanked by bowed glazed doors enclosing shelves on plinth foot, 153cm wide, 41cm deep, 110cm high

Condition:
Overall of a rich gingerish red walnut tone, top with some old scuffing, scratching and minor splits, other small losses throughout but essentially good order, escutcheon missing from the right hand door, section of ormolu pulling away from the top left of the main door, slight drop on the hinges to all of the doors, and no keys present although locks look original. Internal shelves with distressed fabric but still complete, some scuffing around the plinth.
